The ESCALA exhibition space articulates, according to the space, two different ways of enjoying such exhibition; an ascending and a descending way. The photographs offer in such space and unique distribution a brand new story. Chile’s berma is an identified space at the side of the road, and it’s use appeals in a metaphorical way to a place to stop at. A space where space and time takes a different and new dimension; where objetcs and subjects ara abducted and dominated by the slowness of time.
Nía Diedla, Photographer, Berma’s editor and exhibition coordinator.
