Jordi Vilella Fontelles

Passionate about photography from a very young age and a self-taught screen printer. He created his own screen printing workshop in 1983 and since then has worked with various artists and on his own graphic work. In 1999 he founded the publishing house APART EDICIONS. To date, he has been responsible for editing over 200 editions.
Since 2006, he has been producing screen prints using digital and contemporary illustration techniques, as well as a language between pop art and photomontage.
Currently, his artistic production focuses on urban photography with visual strategies that lean towards the abstract and with sensitivities close to painting.
