Marta Chinchilla creates, designs, constructs, and transforms everything around her to interpret it plastically.

From 1992 to 2013, she was associated with the La Rectoria art center in Sant Pere de Vilamajor, where she taught the art of engraving. In 2001, she began her professional association with the Plandiura Escultors workshop, where she worked with forging and iron sculpture alongside Josep Plandiura.

A professional engraver, she has a great desire to discover new techniques alternative to classical engraving that are useful for transmitting her clearly expressionist language.

The female figure has been very present throughout her career.
